The Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development is developing a priority project to support small business and entrepreneurial initiative, which will soon be presented to the President of the country, as announced by the Director of the Department of Small and Medium Enterprise Development and Competition of the Ministry of Maxim Parshin on Thursday at the Small and Medium Enterprise Forum in Casani.
"Ass adopted a strategy for small and medium-sized enterprise development until 2030. Adopted by the Government, represents a consolidated document agreed upon by all businessmen, authorities, associations and officials. It's a good document. But we're trying to "pack it" as a priority project," said Parshin.
The head of the department mentioned that 5,5 million entrepreneurs were registered in Russia. In his view, these heroic people who work, feed themselves and their families provide work for employees, and the most important thing is to ensure that they continue to work.
The priority project " Small business and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative " , which will soon be presented to the President of the Russian Federation, as specified by Parshin, has identified four main principles that are necessary for the development of small business: not to interfere with, to help, engage, to create opportunities.Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of the RF adopted a strategy for the development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship until 2030 in early June. The objective of the paper is to develop small and medium-sized entrepreneurship as a factor in the country ' s innovative development and to improve the sectoral structure of the economy.
The strategy should result in an increase in the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in the gross domestic product from 20 per cent to 40 per cent, the turnover of small and medium-sized enterprises to 2.5 times, the productivity of the sector to twice, the share of manufacturing in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector to 20 per cent, the share of the total employed population to 35 per cent.
